A Light That Began
in a Single Room

In 1996, in the heart of Afghanistan, educator Ustad Mohammad Hashim opened a single room and began teaching. From that modest beginning, knowledge spread — through streets, across fields, and into communities — reaching those who needed it most.

Today, that same flame has been carried across oceans. Fanoos Ashqari is being reawakened in America by Mujtaba Hashimi — merging legacy with technology to deliver education without borders.
